Smoothies – Day 9 – Almond Chocolate


In the need to refuel after an intense resistance workout, I make myself a delicious smoothie consisting of:

  • Half cup almond milk
  • One tablespoon almond butter
  • Half teaspoon almond extract
  • One banana
  • One scoop chocolate flavoured protein powder
  • One chopped date
  • Two teaspons Bioglan Superfoods Supergreens Cacao Boost powder (optional)
